Christine Morris
Corporate Administrator
Christine has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University in Nebraska. She has been managing medical practices since 1995. Areas of clinical management include the specialties of Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Rheumatology. She is a member of the Medical Group Managers Association as well as the Utah Medical Group Managers Association.
When not working she is learning to love the mountains of Utah. Hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing are soon becoming her favorite pastimes.

Caroline Newman, RN, BSN
Center Director, Mountain West Endoscopy Center
Caroline has a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from Brigham Young University. She has worked as an RN since 1983 and been employed by Mountain West Endoscopy Center since 1998. She is a member of the Society of Gastrointestinal Nurses and Associates and the Association of Professionals in Infection Control.
During 27 years of clinical practice, Caroline has primarily worked in medical-surgical related areas in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Some of these areas include: internal medicine, geriatrics, pre and post operative care, orthopedics, rehabilitation, oncology, ICU, OB/GYN and transitional care.
Patient education and quality of care are extremely important to her. She has been consistently involved in process improvements throughout her career. Trans-cultural nursing is also an area of interest. She studied nursing leadership in Israel. She volunteered as a humanitarian and teacher in Honduras for 19 months. She is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work Caroline likes to garden, road bike, hike, read, and travel.
Scott Gines, RN
Center Director, St. George Endoscopy Center
Scott began his medical training at UVSC where he obtained his License in Practical Nursing (LPN). He then went on to obtain his Registered Nurse license at Weber State University. He has been with MWGI since May 2003.
