Driving Directions:
From I-15: Take the 500 South Exit in Bountiful and head East towards the mountains. Continue East until you go through three stoplights. At the fourth stoplight you should be at 400 East, also called Orchard Drive. Turn left at the stoplight onto Orchard Drive. Go approximately a block and then you will see Medical Drive on the right. Turn right and follow Medical Drive up and on the right you will see our building, located at 620 East Medical Drive at the Medical Arts Building on the right. Come into the West Door and come to the second floor, Suite 205.
