Office appointments:
Appointments may be scheduled with one of our team members at any of our locations. We require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Hospital Care:
We provide care at the following hospitals and medical facilities. Each physician practices at some, but not all, locations.

- Dixie Regional Medical Center (St. George)
- Intermountain Medical Center (Murray)
- Lakeview Endoscopy Center (Bountiful)
- Lakeview Hospital (Bountiful)
- LDS Hospital (Salt Lake City)
- Mountain West Endoscopy Center (Salt Lake City)
- Riverton Hospital (Riverton) — Opening November 2009
- St. George Endoscopy Center (St. George)
- Valley View Medical Center (Cedar City)
Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, please contact your Mountain West Gastroenterology physician at the office location where you are seen. Outside of normal office hours, the "on call" physician who receives your telephone call will determine the best course of action for your emergency.
Prescription refills should be handled during regular business hours and are not considered an emergency.
